About Put on the Blindfold and Jump:
When we are going through unexpected transitions such as breakups, moving and career changes, often we neglect our physical and mental health. We get swept up in just trying to make sense of our life when we get pushed out of our comfort zone. We'll seek out distractions, to keep the pain and struggle at bay, instead of dealing with the fear that naturally comes when we take that brave leap into the unknown. We might shut down emotionally, attract unhealthy relationships, overeat or overwork, all of which can run us into the ground and make us ill. It doesn't have to be this way. As scary as these transitions may seem, Put On the Blindfold and Jump will help you.
