Marcus Pena is a U.S. ARMY veteran and soldier. He's been writing poetry for over 20 years. Much of his prior work was local. Besides his military career and writing he's also acquired many traits and skills while traveling the world. Marcus experimented with various occupations such as culinary, welding, electrician, massage therapy and psychology. His passion for writing this book was mostly inspired for his love of psychology. While currently pursuing his degree, he was inspired to explain to people that not only through talking with a counselor or other people, can one express emotion, but there are other venues such as writing. The goal with his poetry book is to reach every reader and inspire, motivate and make a difference by gaining insight on how to cope with adversity or good times.
